Associate & Leadership Feedback
Associate & Leadership Feedback focuses on the one variable that drives every metric in a multi-unit network: the people running the store each day. We go onsite to listen, observe, and translate culture into data operators can act on.
We start with leadership effectiveness. A Field Strategist watches how the store manager shows up on the floor: how often they are visible, how they coach in the moment, how they handle escalations, and how they set priorities in real time. We are looking for practical behaviors that either reinforce or undercut your playbook.
In parallel, we sit down with associates in structured, one-on-one or small-group conversations. We ask about morale, communication, training, and what makes a good day or a bad day in that store. Because we are an external field partner, teams typically speak more candidly than they would in an internal audit.
From these dialogues, we map team and culture dynamics: pockets of strength, silent frustration, disconnects between shifts, and how information really flows. We identify specific coaching gaps-where leads need help with feedback, where managers need support on delegation, or where promising talent is at risk of leaving for lack of development.
You receive a synthesized view of associate and leadership voice that moves beyond generic survey scores. District and regional leaders see which stores are healthy, which are fragile, and which behaviors they should reinforce or change. That clarity allows HR, training, and operations to align around the same, field-verified picture of culture at the store level.
