Facility & Curb Appeal Inspections
Facility & Curb Appeal Inspections protect the physical side of your brand: the building, the lot, and everything a customer sees before they speak to a single associate. We apply property-preservation discipline to a live retail environment so you can manage risk and appearance with confidence.
Each visit begins with a structured building and site survey. A Field Strategist walks the perimeter, parking areas, entrances, and any drive lanes or bays. We document pavement condition, ponding, potholes, striping, bollards, walkways, ramps, and door hardware. We photograph issues and rank them by safety impact, guest perception, and likely cost if deferred.
Signage and visibility are reviewed with the same rigor. We stand where a driver would, day and night when possible, and assess line-of-sight, height, lighting, brand accuracy, and any clutter that competes for attention. Faded, inconsistent, or poorly placed signage is called out because it quietly erodes trust and makes your locations harder to find.
We then step through exterior cleanliness and order: windows, trash, landscaping, smoking areas, cart or equipment staging, and how the entrance "feels" on approach. The goal is to see what your customers see in the first ten seconds and connect that directly to how they choose between you and the shop across the street.
The output is a clear maintenance and condition report, not a generic checklist. Items are grouped into immediate safety hazards, near-term curb appeal wins, and longer-range capital needs, giving facility leaders and operators a practical roadmap for where to spend the next maintenance dollar.
