Onsite Store Assessments
Onsite Store Assessments are the core of how we help multi-unit operators see what is really happening in their stores on a normal day. A Field Strategist walks the location end to end, observing live traffic, listening to conversations, and documenting the details most dashboards miss.
We start with service quality and execution. At the counter, in the bays, and in the lobby, we watch how associates greet guests, explain services, handle wait times, and close the visit. We time key steps, note handoff quality, and flag where process drift is slowing throughput or eroding trust.
In the same visit, we perform a disciplined safety and compliance review. That includes OSHA and basic regulatory expectations, brand standards, signage, PPE use, chemical handling, and any slip, trip, or fall risks. The goal is simple: surface issues before they become incidents, write-ups, or insurance claims.
Environment and facility health are assessed with the same rigor. We document cleanliness, odors, lighting, restroom condition, and how the lobby and bays actually present to the customer. Exterior walks capture curb appeal: parking lot condition, landscaping, windows, entrance, and line-of-sight to signage. Every observation ties back to what a guest sees in the first ten seconds.
After the visit, you do not receive a stack of notes. You receive a structured, decision-ready view of that store's real-time execution: service behavior, safety gaps, maintenance priorities, and brand-standard adherence on one integrated platform. District and regional leaders use these onsite retail store assessments as a reliable baseline to rank locations, focus coaching time, and track improvement across future cycles.
